Pastor Matt became the lead pastor of Redemption Church on October 26, 2015. He received his bachelor's degree in Theology and his master's in Pastoral Ministry and has served in many ministries and callings throughout his life. He is married to his amazing wife Alissa Chesser whom they share two beautiful children, Moses and Benjamin. 

Whether she is singing and ministering over our congregation on a Sunday morning, leading mothers in prayer and the Word of God during the midweek, or is practicing piano in her own personal worship time, Alissa has an amazing gift from God to not only sing but to love any and all who are seeking after the Lord. She is a spectacular wife to our pastor and has raised two beautiful boys to continue walking in the path of the Lord. 

Pastor Sean has over a decade of kids/youth ministry experience, falling in love with serving the next generation of believers in 2011. He has been a youth leader at multiple church satellite campuses, officially joining us as our youth pastor in May of 2025. He hopes to continue influencing the youth in our local communities through school involvement and juvenile corrections outreach. He also passion for acting and stand up comedy in his personal time.

Being a musican, photographer and aspiring theologian, Isaac fills multiple roles within our community. He is passionate about relaying the Gospel to the next generation through social media, traditional teaching and musical worship. 

Mrs. Becky serves dilligently both behind the scenes and within our community. She tends to our finances, communicates with our resource providers, and is a direct assistant to our pastor. She has two adults daughters, Tiffany and Ashlee, who are members of our church as well as two beloved grandchildren, Henry and Emma, who also often attend. Fun fact: she is one of the few remaining founding members of our church since the arrival of Pastor Matt in 2015! 

Tommy is old school. He is always diligent in giving all praise, glory and honor to God, doing so in both deed and word. There is great strength in his leadership, yet he maintains a quiet demeanor and sensitive heart for God's people. He loves his wife, Stephanie, his two children, Arri and TJ, as well as the New York Giants.

Hi, I’m Yolanda, a proud mom of three sons and a grandma of two grandsons. I’ve served in children’s ministry for over 15 years and became the Kids Director in October 2025. I love teaching kids about God, and how to develop a personal relationship with Jesus. It is a meaningful part of my calling, and I’m passionate about guiding them in their faith. 

Mrs. Stephanie has a heart for all of God's babies. With a speciality in researching and preparing incredible crafts for them to make and gift to their parents, her love for the family unit is undeniable. She has two children of her own, Arri and TJ, accompanied by an amazing husband and lead deacon, Tommy Clemons.

With a passion for broadcasting, web/app building and all things media, Daniel has been a faithful member of Redemption and the production team since 2022, rising to the position of production leader in 2024. His unique perspective on the mechanical nature of the world is a constant life-saver in an area of ministry where technical issues are rampant.

Ms. Christy is a mama of four girls who thrives on a little bit of chaos and a whole lot of love. She’s passionate about supporting our church and our community. She enjoys bringing people together whether through community outreaches, a home-cooked meal, or walking alongside other women. She loves creating spaces where people feel seen, welcomed, and encouraged.
